Training with weights 2-3 times per week can help optimizepreparations for mission-related tasks. It is important to understand that one should focuson the <strong>SEAL</strong> mission when developing a weight training regimen. A proper weight trainingroutine will help prevent injuries and accelerate recovery from an injury to themusculoskeletal system.
