This can be prevented to same extent by filling the tank assoon as the engine is switched off while the fuel tank is still warm (formation of condensationis prevented). Drain moisture from storage tanks regularly. Installation of a watertrap upstream of the fuel filter is also advisable. Do not use any additives to improveflow properties in winter.Injection pumpNeither the injection pump nor the control unit must be modified in any way.
