8The Share SinnerSchrader 2008 | 2009Investor RelationsSinnerSchrader AG continued its investor relations workin the 2008/2009 financial year as usual. The focuswas on an extensive and transparent explanation ofthe business development in the financial reports.Furthermore, SinnerSchrader presented itself tointerested investors at investor conferences, suchas the Deutsches Eigenkapitalforum, and conducteddiscussions, either in individual face-to-face meetingsor on the telephone, with shareholders, analysts, andrepresentatives of the business press who continuouslyobserve SinnerSchrader AG and comparablecompanies.Since the 2005/2006 financial year, SES ResearchGmbH, Hamburg, has regularly published updatedassessments of the SinnerSchrader figures andinformation on the development of the SinnerSchradershare. Since Concord Effekten AG ceased its businessactivities in the field of designated sponsoring as of31 March 2009, Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG wasengaged by SinnerSchrader as of 1 April 2009 for thedesignated sponsoring of the SinnerSchrader shareand has secured the liquidity of the SinnerSchradershare in the Xetra trading system of the FrankfurtStock Exchange ever since.Confidence, transparency, and consistency are theguidelines of investor relations work at SinnerSchrader,and investor relations represent a major element ofgood and transparent company management withinthe meaning of the standards laid down in the CorporateGovernance Code.
