18Joint Status Report of SinnerSchrader AGJoint Status Report1 GeneralThe following Status Report is the joint ConsolidatedStatus Report and Group Status Report of Sinner-Schrader Aktiengesellschaft (“SinnerSchrader AG” or“AG”) for the 2008/2009 financial year, which coveredthe period from 1 September 2008 to 31 August 2009.In particular, it shows the development of the income,financial, and asset status of the SinnerSchraderGroup (“SinnerSchrader” or “Group”) and the AGin the 2008/2009 financial year and addresses thekey risks and opportunities and the probable futuredevelopment of business. Unless explicit reference ismade to the AG, the statements refer to the Group.The Consolidated Financial Statements for 2008/2009were drawn up according to International FinancialReporting Standards (“IFRS”). The 2008/2009 AnnualReport of the AG follows German accounting regulations.The Status Report and the Group Status Report,particularly Section 10, contain statements and informationaimed at the future.
