Training to Board MembersThe Board has adopted a policy for training of new non-executive directors which shall inter-alia provide (a) orientation andpresentations to the non-executive directors to enable them to get familiarize with the operations of the Company; (b) orientation ongroup structure, subsidiaries, constitution, Board procedures and matters reserved for the Board, major risks and risk managementstrategies, etc. and (c) training on corporate excellence.The non-executive directors are also provided with reports issued by the Company from time to time and internal policies toenable them to familiarize with the Company’s procedures and practices.
