(x)(xi)(xii)(xiii)(xiv)(xv)(xvi)(xvii)The Company has no accumulated losses at the end ofthe nancial year and it has not incurred cash losses inthe current and immediately preceding nancial year.Based on our audit procedures and as per the informationand explanations given by the management, we areof the opinion that the Company has not defaultedin repayment of dues to a nancial institution, bank ordebenture holders.According to the information and explanations given tous and based on the documents and records producedto us, the Company has not granted loans and advanceson the basis of security by way of pledge of shares,debentures and other securities.In our opinion, the Company is not a chit fund or a nidhi/ mutual benet fund / society. Therefore, the provisionsof clause 4(xiii) of the Order are not applicable to theCompany.In our opinion, the Company is not dealing in or tradingin shares, securities, debentures and other investments.Accordingly, the provisions of clause 4(xiv) of the Orderare not applicable to the Company.According to the information and explanations given tous, the Company has given guarantees for loans takenby others from bank or nancial institutions, the termsand conditions whereof in our opinion are not prima-facieprejudicial to the interest of the Company.The Company did not have any term loans outstandingduring the year.According to the information and explanations given tous and on an overall examination of the balance sheet ofthe Company, we report that no funds raised on shorttermbasis have been used for long-term investment.(xviii) The Company has not made any preferential allotmentof shares to parties or companies covered in the registermaintained under section 301 of the Act.(xix) According to the information and explanations given tous, during the period covered by our audit report, theCompany had issued 10,000 debentures of Rs. 10 lakhseach. The Company has created security or charge inrespect of debentures issued.(xx) The Company has not raised any money by public issueduring the year.(xxi) Based upon the audit procedures performed for thepurpose of reporting the true and fair view of the nancialstatements and as per the information and explanationsgiven by the management, we report that no fraud on orby the Company has been noticed or reported during thecourse of our audit.For S.R.
