DGMM-KP/Protective work/<strong>Tender</strong>-08(II)/2012-13<br />
drawn separately <strong>in</strong> favour of AO (Cash) BSNL O/o DGM (Mtce) Kanpur payable<br />
at Kanpur. The validity of Demand Draft should not be older than six month or<br />
as prescribed by the concerned Bank from date of open<strong>in</strong>g of tender.<br />
3.2 <strong>Tender</strong>s are required to be submitted <strong>in</strong> two parts:<br />
(I) Technical bid: - Technical bid should <strong>in</strong>variably conta<strong>in</strong><br />
a. Bid Security (EMD) <strong>in</strong> accordance with the tender document <strong>in</strong> <strong>for</strong>m of Demand<br />
Drafts, only <strong>for</strong> the amount as specified <strong>in</strong> the above table.<br />
b. <strong>Tender</strong> document(s), <strong>in</strong> orig<strong>in</strong>al, duly filled <strong>in</strong> and signed by tenderer or his<br />
authorized representative along with seal on all pages.<br />
c. The copy of Enlistment certificate (Category A1, A, B, or C) issued by the<br />
competent authority duly attested or work experience certificate of hav<strong>in</strong>g<br />
completed at least 30 Kms of similar type of <strong>works</strong> <strong>in</strong> BSNL/MTNL/PSU/Govt.<br />
department (<strong>in</strong> all)/ Pvt operator cost<strong>in</strong>g at least Rs. 30 (thirty) lacs dur<strong>in</strong>g each<br />
of three f<strong>in</strong>ancial years <strong>in</strong> the last five f<strong>in</strong>ancial years or contractors exclusively<br />
enlisted by BSNL <strong>for</strong> HDD/ Microtunnel<strong>in</strong>g work hav<strong>in</strong>g work experience <strong>in</strong><br />
BSNL/MTNL/PSU/Govt. department <strong>for</strong> at least 30 Kms (<strong>in</strong> all) <strong>in</strong> each three<br />
f<strong>in</strong>ancial years dur<strong>in</strong>g last five f<strong>in</strong>ancial years.<br />
d. Copy of the registration of the firm. Authenticated copy of partnership deed <strong>in</strong><br />
cases of partnership firm.<br />
e. Bid Form, duly filled <strong>in</strong>, as per Chapter-VIII.<br />
f. <strong>Tender</strong>er’s profile duly filled <strong>in</strong>, of the tender document and attested copy of<br />
“Power of Attorney” <strong>in</strong> case person other than the tenderer has signed the<br />
tender documents.<br />
g. Copy of Service Tax registration.<br />
h. For HDD <strong>works</strong>, documents such as<br />
I.Make Capacity and serial No. of HDD Mach<strong>in</strong>e, Splic<strong>in</strong>g Mach<strong>in</strong>e & blow<strong>in</strong>g<br />
Mach<strong>in</strong>e.<br />
II.Bill of land<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
III.Custom clearance receipt to verify the ownership <strong>in</strong> case of those who own<br />
HDD. Those hav<strong>in</strong>g HDD mach<strong>in</strong>es on lease should enclose lease deed<br />
which should be valid <strong>for</strong> at least 240 days from the date of open<strong>in</strong>g of<br />
tender. The HDD Mach<strong>in</strong>e should be of 10 tones pull back capacity (i.e.<br />
capable of bor<strong>in</strong>g 200 meter <strong>in</strong> a s<strong>in</strong>gle stretch.<br />
i. Bid document cost <strong>in</strong> the <strong>for</strong>m of Demand Draft <strong>in</strong> case of bidder download<strong>in</strong>g<br />
the tender document from website.<br />
