Figure 4.16 (below) indicates the location of all health centres and their planned connectionstatus (grid or off-grid) and the location of prioritised micro-hydro sites supply by the end of2012. The number of health centres in <strong>Rwanda</strong> is assumed to grow at the same rate as thetotal population of the country. Under the access programme, all health centres will haveelectricity access by 2012.
