<strong>Needs</strong><strong>Housing</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Varying</strong> <strong>Needs</strong> <strong>Review</strong>guest accommodation and alternative provision in the letting area.Attached as Appendix 6.• Sustainability – documents the demand, summary of recentlettings, which gives an indication of how many offers, priority of thenew tenants at time of offer and the number of void days.• Financial Position – provides a summary of rental income, voidrent loss, housing support costs, cleaning and heating costs• Planned Maintenance and Improvements – provides anindication of the cost to maintain the build and any plannedimprovements.• <strong>Housing</strong> and Environment/Social Care and Wellbeing Overview– provides the views of area housing teams, occupational therapystaff and Senior Personal Carers and on-site care team.• Tenants Views – provides a summary of the responses that werereturned by tenants in response to the Customer SatisfactionSurvey carried out in May 2010. A copy of the survey sent tosheltered housing tenants is attached as Appendix 7.• Conclusion – based on the in<strong>for</strong>mation collated above, members ofthe review team met to apply the factors to a scoring matrix. Thissection provides a summary of the outcome.• Action – indicates the next steps to be taken <strong>for</strong>ward in stage twoof the <strong>Review</strong>.6.3 The in<strong>for</strong>mation collected <strong>for</strong>med the basis <strong>for</strong> developing a scoringmatrix to capture the key in<strong>for</strong>mation and rank the developments toenable us to make recommendations relating to future use.6.4 The scoring matrix employs a weighting scheme, factors are given inTable 12:15
