The outcome of the assessments is attached as Appendix8.6.9 This matrix, as developed will facilitate decisions over coming yearsregarding investment and the need <strong>for</strong> both redevelopment and potentialchange in management arrangements <strong>for</strong> each individual shelteredhousing development.6.10 Clearly producing in<strong>for</strong>mation in this <strong>for</strong>mat is sensitive and requires tobe treated with caution, particularly as it may cause concern <strong>for</strong> existing16
