The facilities at Clashieknowe include guestaccommodation, social lounge and laundry facilities. Daily social events are well attended. Localamenities in the area include a doctor’s surgery; dentist, chemist, local shops and public transportlinks to the city centre are only a short distance away. The complex has lift access to the firstfloor. There is a small car parking area for resident’s use but this is also being used by other localhouseholders.
