The contractorshall deposit the registers and records with the company on termination ofhis contract.6. For the guidance of the contractor, the procedure that are to be adoptedfor implementation of various acts and rules applicable to workmen arebroadly indicated below for reference. This is not exhaustive but onlyillustrative and it will be the responsibility of the contractor to implementthe provisions of various labour legislation as indicated above.6.
