30INTERNAL HAULING OF RAW MATERIALS, MISCELLANEOUS DEBRIS AND SHIFTINGOF CHROME ORE BY ENGAGING LOADER & DUMPER & STACKING OF R/MS BYLOADER.NATURE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE JOBi) The raw materials which are described in the price bid (A) either dischargedii)iii)iv)from Screen Station or from ground are to be loaded, transported, unloadedand stacked as directed in the indicated place(s) by trucks / tractors inside theplant premises within the periphery of 2 Km.The transporting work may continue round the clock and truck/tractor as wellas labourers should be available in that case for 3 shift works.The contractor is to obtain challan for each trip of internal hauling from theRaw-material Handling Office & submit the same at Weighbridge Section forrecord. Further during the course of transportation, no slippage of raw material& misc. debris should be made on road and yard. If there will be any suchslippage that should be picked up immediately otherwise, the same shall bedone by the department & the cost incurred for such picking work shall bededucted from the contractor’s bill.The contractor shall have to transport the individual raw material, misc. debrisand mixed materials etc. separately inside the plant premises & unload thesame at the respective yard and stack the same as directed.vi)vii)v) The contractor shall have to collect the information daily for handling the rawmaterialsfrom the Raw-material Handling Section failing which managementwill do the work by other agency(s) and thus, the cost, if any, will be debited tohis account.The above mentioned work if not handled during any day or part of the daydue to some unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the management, themanagement shall not be held responsible for the same and no claim shall beentertained for the above work.During transportation, tare weight, gross weight and the weight of eachindividual trip will be recorded in our Road Weighbridge, which is final andbinding. But in case of sand and clay, the measurement will be recorded in theWeighbridge. The bill should be raised on the basis of challan of thedepartment and weighment / measurement certificates of our RoadWeighbridge.Signature of Tenderer
