31viii)Revision of rates for change in HSD price:The tenderer is required to quote rate for internal hauling of different Rawmaterials as mentioned in the Price bid format (A). The tenderer is alsorequired to mention the prevailing HSD price received from any of theauthorized oil filling stations of the Indian Oil Corporation situated at JajpurRoad. In the event of any change of HSD price on either side & submission ofdocumentary evidence from authorized oil filling station of Indian OilCorporation situated at Jajpur Road thereof, Management shall accordinglyrevise the rate of Internal hauling of all the Raw materials as finalized in thetender as per the following formula.R 1 = ¾ R + ¼ R X Revised HSD price per litrePrevailing HSD price per litreWhere, R = (Prevailing Internal hauling rate per M.T. of R/M. / per Cum. Mtr. for sand & clay)ix)During rainy season or in continuous rains, manual shifting of chrome ore fromchrome ore plots to the Briquetting shed/sinter shed by using tractor/truck isnot sufficient for loading of the same to the furnace section and to maintainproduction level, bidders are requested to quote the rate per MT. of shifting ofChrome ore during rainy season, rains or as and when required bymanagement by engaging their payloader and dumpers. This rate willinclude loading of chrome ore to the dumper by engaging the Payloader andits shifting either to the Briquetting shed or to the sinter shed. Sincedistance from chrome ore plots to the briquetting shed and the sinter shed isalmost same, hence bidders may note that one rate is applicable to either ofthe shades as mentioned in the ‘Price Bid Format’ (B). Weighment as perclause (vii) is applicable. The above rate is subject to change for escalation /descalation in the event of change in HSD price. Hence in view of the above,the tenderer is required to mention clearly the prevailing HSD price asindicated in the price bid format. After increase / decrease of HSD price, theconcerned contractor shall submit the revised HSD price with supportingdocuments from the authorized oil filling station of Indian Oil Corporation,situated as Jajpur Road.
