Ready-To-Drink Block Pile ProgramOverview - Block PileThe Ready-To-Drink Block Pile program isback for 2013 and the format for the blockpile will continue as last year:Block pile turns will coincide <strong>with</strong> promotionalturns, running from PT2 to PT7. Six productsper turn, high volume products may run backto back to simplify inventory management.Staggered end dates to accommodateregional selling seasons.All block pile information will continue to becommunicated in subsequent Marketing &Product Guides.We would also like to remind all participatingstores that our suppliers have bought into thisprogram. Please implement it as any othersold program. Build it in anotherhigh profile location.• The block pile should consist of two casesof each product (minimum), stacked sevencases high. Stores will receive a shipmentof risers. Stores are strongly encouraged tobuild Block Pile displays on top of the risers,which will serve as a platform.• Do not build too close to other sold spacedisplays (Hero, Pod, etc.).• Use Poles and the supplied pole top signs(re-order# 14035-51) on the block piledisplays.• Use the pricer cards (re-order# 13035-52)supplied to communicate the price of theproducts.• Use the Shelf Talkers (re-order# 13035-53)provided if the products are also merchandisedon-shelf or in the fridge. If the store does nothave enough available floor space for one,six product block pile, build multiple blockpiles in either a four product/two productconfiguration or a two product/two product/two product configuration.• If the store does not have enoughavailable floor space for one, six productblock pile, build multiple block pilesin either a four product/two productconfiguration or a two product/twoproduct/two product configuration.• Stores will receive Riser Wraps(re-order# 14035-52 to match the P3thematic colours.
