điện thoại, người gọi xưng danh là nhân
viên Trung tâm Bông Sen Vàng và đề
nghị tôi bán vé thưởng. Vậy có đúng là
Chương trình Bông Sen Vàng có chính
sách mua vé thưởng của hội viên, xin
hãy tư vấn thêm về vấn đề này?
Trả lời: Trung tâm Bông Sen Vàng xin trả
lời như sau:
❉ Trung tâm Bông Sen Vàng không có
chính sách mua vé thưởng của hội viên
và đây là những cuộc gọi mạo danh.
❉ Điều 63 của Điều lệ Chương trình
Bông Sen Vàng có nêu rõ: “Các loại phần
thưởng của GLP không được trao đổi,
chuyển nhượng, thừa kế hay sử dụng sai
mục đích”. Nếu phát hiện có vi phạm,
Trung tâm Bông Sen Vàng sẽ áp dụng
theo điều 9: “Trung tâm GLP có quyền từ
chối trả thưởng, thu hồi hay huỷ bỏ các
phần thưởng đã cấp khi thấy rằng việc
sử dụng phần thưởng vi phạm Điều lệ
chương trình”.

call, the caller introduced herself as GLP
Center staff and asked me to redeem my
miles for an award ticket in order to sell it
to her. Is it true that the Golden Lotus Plus
Program has the policy to purchase GLP
members’ award tickets? Please advise
us further on this issue?
Answer: Golden Lotus Plus Center
would like to inform all its members as follows:
❉ It is not Golden Lotus Plus Center’s
policy to purchase GLP members’ award
tickets and such calls are false.
❉ Article 63 of the GLP program’s Terms
and Conditions stipulates: " GLP award
cannot be exchanged, transferred, inherited
or misused". If any violations are detected,
the GLP Center will apply Article
9: "The GLP Center reserves the right to
deny providing awards, withdraw, or abort
an Award already granted in case of misconduct,
fraud, misuse of awards or failure
to comply with GLP Terms and
Conditions, Vietnam Airlines’ regulations
or any related regulations ".
