Key managementpersonnel include <strong>VTB</strong> Supervisory Council, <strong>VTB</strong> Management Board, <strong>VTB</strong> Statutory Audit Committee and keymanagement of subsidiaries. Loans to the key management personnel as at 31 December <strong>2011</strong> amounted toRUR 0.4 billion (31 December 2010: RUR 0.5 billion). Compensation to key management personnel primarily consistsof short term employee benefits.92
