5.7 Seeking Redress
A serviceman who believes that he has been victimized or treated unjustly by his
colleagues or superiors can lodge his complaint either with his CM or the Field
Instructors. If complaints are proven to be valid, the Singapore Police Force will take
necessary action against the offenders.
A serviceman shall not seek redress through a third party outside the Singapore
of leaking classifi ed or protected information. Such disclosures are considered an
offence under the Offi cial Secrets Act, (Chapter 217) and the serviceman may face
