You should adhere strictly to the following procedures:<br />
During training in Home Team Academy<br />
If you are not feeling well, you should immediately inform your CM / Fitness<br />
Instructor / Duty Offi cer who will arrange for you to seek medical treatment at<br />
the 24-hour Home Team Academy Medical Centre.<br />
Medical leave<br />
If you are granted medical leave, you should report immediately to your CM /<br />
Fitness Instructor / Duty Offi cer. If you are in Home Team Academy, arrangements<br />
will be made for you to return home.<br />
During the period of medical leave, you are to remain indoors at your place of<br />
residence unless prior permission has been given by your CM.<br />
You are to report to Home Team Academy before 8.00 pm on the last day of your<br />
medical leave.<br />
Outside Home Team Academy<br />
If you are not feeling well, you should immediately seek medical treatment at<br />
the nearest government polyclinics or re-structured hospitals, and keep your CM<br />
informed.<br />
If you are hospitalised, your CM should be informed immediately.<br />
Medical Certifi cate<br />
The medical certifi cate is to be handed over to your CM on the same day of issue,<br />
or when the trainee reports back to HTA.<br />

Disciplinary Action<br />
Disciplinary proceedings may be instituted against any PNSF who failed to comply<br />
with any of the orders and regulations.<br />
