Notifi cation of Overseas Trips for PNSmen<br />
Upon completion of your Full-time National Service, you will serve as a PNSman.<br />
All PNSmen aged below 40 years old (50 for senior offi cers) and who have not<br />
completed their Operationally Ready NS (ORNS) are required to notify the NS Call<br />
Centre of their overseas trips when leaving the country for more than 24 hours.<br />
Furthermore, PNSmen who intend to leave the country for more than 6 months<br />
must apply for an Exit Permit.<br />
PNSmen can notify about their overseas travel round the clock using the following<br />
channels:<br />
• Through NS Call Centre at 1800 3676767 (1800 eNSNSNS)<br />
• Through Short Messaging Service (SMS) at 36767 (eNSNS)<br />
• NS Portal through internet at www.ns.<strong>sg</strong><br />
• Reporting in person to Exit Permit Offi ce, Police National Service Department,<br />
1 Mount Pleasant Road, Block 2, Singapore 298333, during offi ce hours<br />
(Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm)<br />
PNSmen are reminded that failure to notify PNSD of overseas trips of more than<br />
24 hours is an offence. Offenders are liable to be charged in court and fi ned up<br />
to $2,000.<br />
