Children under 18 years of age must not be left alone and must haveadult supervision at all times. Guests are required to check in and out withthe Park Ranger.Parking: after registering vehicles may be driven to site to unload and againto load when departing. (20 minute limit) At all other times vehicles must beparked in the paved parking areas. If a handicap parking pass is presented atthe time of booking a reservation, you will be permitted to leave yourvehicle in the designated area for Cabins 1, 2, 3 and 4 only; however, youwill not be permitted to drive your vehicle to and from the bath house or ontrails throughout the park.Camping is allowed in designated areas by permit only.ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED (<strong>Cabarrus</strong> <strong>County</strong> Ordinance Section 50-4)Smoking and usage of Tobacco products are Prohibited (<strong>Cabarrus</strong> <strong>County</strong>Ordinance Section 50-1)Park gates: the parle gates 'dill be locked according to the posted parkoperating hours. }\n emergency phone and numbers are posted at the phone onthe porch of the park office building. Emergency e1:it gate access to e=:itHill be provided at check in.Emergencies: contact the parle ranger on duty during park hours or use theemergency phone at the office. Please report any accidents to the parleranger.Visitors/guests: visitors or guests not staying overnight must leave the parkbefore the gates are closed.Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect the rights of othersby keeping music and talking at a 1m? volume.Campfires are permitted in fire rings only. NO GROUND FIRES! Fires must beattended by a responsible adult at all times. E2:tinguish completely beforeleaving campsite. Do not thro'.? trash in fire rings, use proper receptacles.Fires must be of reasonable size and are not all Oiled during burning bans. Nocutting of Park trees permitted.Damaging park property: cutting of trees, defacing buildings, tables, andlittering, etc. is a violation of parle ordinances.Fishing: all North Carolina Wildlife regulations apply. No fishing afterdark. Parle fishing permits are required.Hunting and/or trapping is not permitted. }\ll <strong>Cabarrus</strong> <strong>County</strong> Parks areHildlife and nature preserves.SHiffiffiing/Wading is not permitted in any of the park's lakes or streams.Firearms: no person shall possess, carry, use, or discharge any type offirearm, air gun, paintball gun, or any other Heapon Hithin the parle el:ceptauthorized lao,; enforcement or Hildlife officer.Firmwrlcs of any type are prohibited.Pets must be restrained on a leash of six feet or less at all times. Petsare not allowed inside the cabins or bath house at any time. Pets may notremain in the Park overnight. This is to included cabins, tent sites,vehicles, or kennels.Check in time is 3:00 pm.out with the Park Ranger.Check out time is 11:00 am.Please check in andEnforcement: failure to abide by the regulations and ordinances governing<strong>Cabarrus</strong> <strong>County</strong> Parks will subject offender to temporary or permanentexpUlsion from the park and/ or criminal prosecution. In the event of permitrevocation, all monies paid shall be forfeited by the offender and retainedby the park. All North Carolina Motor Vehicle and traffic laws apply in thePark.TENT SITES
