December 19 r <strong>2011</strong> (Regular Meeting) Page 903The softball complex at Frank Liske Park is available for rental to outsideorganizations by following the guidelines listed below:All fees must be paid by 5:00 pm the Wednesday prior to the tournament. Thisfee along with the tournament reservation form inforroation sheet must besubmitted at time of fee. roust be in the Park Prograro Banagers office by 5:00~ Failure to pay fees will result in the cancellation of the tournamentand a cancellation fee as outlined below.Security Deposit: $250.00Security deposit will be refunded 10-14 days after your last scheduledtournament. You may opt to rollover the security deposit for the followingyear. Deposit will rollover from tournament to tournament unless there aredamages to be taken out of the deposit. If money is removed from thesecurity deposit to cover damages or fees from a previous tournament, thenthe security deposit must be paid back to the original amount by 5:00 pm onthe Wednesday prior to the next scheduled tournament for that organization.Tournament Fee: $50.00 per tournament at time of booking. This is nonrefundableand is not part of your individual tournament entry fees. Feesmust be paid within five (5) business days of confirmation of tournaments.A charge of $100.00 flat fee and $25.00 per staff/per hour needed (determinedby Park Administration Management) to epen extend any park facility operationper occurrence per day beyond normal opening and closing norroal hours. e-foperation. A seven day advance notice 'dill be required. This extension is onlyavailable if the facility is reserved by the renter during normal operatinghours nearest the time slot that is wished to be extended. CCPD will provide 2 tables and 2Tournament director will assist with parking bynotifying all teams/coaches when specialparking rules are in effect for the weekend.No vehicles are allowed beyond the fences orparked at the gates. that vehicles ';lithtrailers must parle in the overflm. parking lotbeyond Field # 4.Food/Concession vendors must be approved bypark management prior to Certificate ofLiability Insurance.Tournament organizers who have outside vendors(selling equipment, shirts, etc.) must havethat vendor submit a Certificate of LiabilityInsurance 4- two (2) weeks prior to each event(Ref. Section V) .
