1 Application OverviewAccessing the Secure AreaStudent RecordsStudents can use the Web to access their records, including holds, grades, academictranscripts, and accounts. Students can also access CAPP (Curriculum, Advising andProgram Planning) through the Web, where they can request, review and printdegree evaluations (compliances) for their existing curricula or perform a what-ifanalyses.For more information, see Chapter 7, “Student Records”.Financial AidThe Financial Aid menu contains the following options:• My Overall Status of Financial Aid -- students can view their overall status, theirholds, academic progress, the cost of attendance, view messages, and financialaid awards.• My Eligibility -- students can review information about Financial Aid holds,document requirements, a display of academic progress history, and viewacademic transcript.• My Award Information -- students can view their account summary, reviewawards by aid year, review award history, display the award payment schedule,and view the history of loan applications.For more information, see Chapter 8, “Financial Aid Information”.Accessing the Secure AreaThis section includes the following procedures for accessing the secure area ofFaculty and Advisor Self-Service:• “Logging In” on page 1-7• “Forgotten PIN” on page 1-8Logging In1.
