It is accessed in one of thefollowing ways:• When the user selects the Continue button on the Transcript Request Addresspage (bwskwtrr.p_disp_transcript_address)• When the user selects the Copy selected College information to Data Entry formbutton on the third College Lookup page (bwskalog.p_proc_sbgi_code)Web Page FieldsItemTranscript TypeCourse LevelsCollege NameDescriptionType of transcript to be sent.The values in the pull-down list are the transcript typecodes that have been Web-enabled.Level of courses to be included on the transcript.The values in the pull-down list come from the Levelfield on the Course Summary Form (SHACRSE). Onlylevels at which the student has taken classes are includedin the pull-down list.If the Default course level to ALL on transcript checkboxon the Web Transcript Request Rules Form (SHAWTRR)is selected, this field is not displayed.Name of the institution to which the transcript is to besent.If the user used the lookup function or selected aninternal college on the Transcript Request Address page(bwskwtrr.p_disp_transcript_address), the systemautomatically enters the institution name in this field.If the user specified one of his or her own addresses ordid not specify anything on the Transcript RequestAddress page, this field is not displayed; instead, theIssued To field is displayed.May 2006 Student Self-Service Release 7.3Confidential User Guide 7-47
