8 Financial Aid InformationSetting Up Financial Aid on the WebTitle IV Fund Detail (bwrktivw.P_TitleIVDetail)This page displays information about each Title IV fund the student was eligible toreceive for the selected term. Although this page is part of the Financial Aid module,it can be accessed only from the Withdrawal Information page(bwrkitvw.P_TitleIVWithdraw), so it is covered in “Title IV Fund Detail(bwrktivw.P_TitleIVDetail)” on page 6-70.Setting Up Financial Aid on the WebThis section explains how to implement the Financial Aid module on the Web. Referto the Student User Guide for more information about Banner forms.1. For each aid year that you want to be available on the Web, select theInformation Access Indicator field on the Web Processing Rules window on theInstitution Financial Aid Options Form (ROAINST).2. For each requirements code that you want to be available on the Web, selectthe Information Access checkbox on the Tracking Requirements ValidationForm (RTVTREQ).3. For each packaging group that you want to be available on the Web, select theInfo Access checkbox on the Packaging Group Validation Form (RTVPGRP).4. For each hold type that you want to be available on the Web, enter aninformation access number in the Msg No field on the Hold Type ValidationForm (RTVHOLD).5. For each fund that you want to be available on the Web, enter an informationaccess number in the Message Number field on the Fund Base Data Form(RFRBASE).6. For each message code you want to be available on the Web, select the InfoAccess Ind checkbox on the Message Code Validation Form (RTVMESG).7. Fore each requirement code that you want to associate with a message, enterthe message code (defined in RTVMESG) in the Message Code field on theRequirement Tracking Code/Message Rules Form (RRRTMSG).8. For each requirements code for which you want a message to be displayed onthe Web, take the following actions on RTVTREQ.• Select the Info Access checkbox.• Enter the number of the message code in the Message Code field.9.
