Qur’an 3:19This means total submission to Him.Deen is a life transaction, what you have exchanged your lifefor.What is Islam?Here is a brief explanation as given to school children.‘I am a Muslim, my religion is Islam. This comes from the wordsalama, which means peace; therefore a Muslim is one who isat peace with his/her creator. We give an analogy to childrenof how to get peace at home.
