The material will be lifted from the designatedsite with all faults and errors in description or otherwise, if any.5. Quantity – Quantity in the tender documents is approximate and no warranteeor guarantee shall be implied. The quantity may increase / decrease dependingon the site condition, logistics & availability of material. The bidders are advisedto inspect the material before submission of offer.6. Price – The bidders are requested to quote the basic price of the product onlyper MT basis exclusive of Government levies, Unitage and taxes as applicable.The price should be kept valid for a period of one month from the due date ofsubmission of tender.
