The wave gages areconnected to two Wheatstone bridge circuits, which are fed a 4.5 V, 2600 Hz, sine wavefrom an HP 33120A function generator. The circuits are also connected to an AC/DCconverter, which digitizes the signal to be read in Labview. The wave gages collect 20readings per second with a gain of 100, as seen in Figure 5.26. The wave gages are calibratedassuming a linear relationship between 9 water levels and their averaged voltage readings.103
