Tall buildings at Vauxhall, Nine Elmsand Battersea in the OA could potentiallyaffect this view and impact on the settingof the Westminster World HeritageSite (WWHS).In View 18A.1 the emerging tall buildingscluster at Vauxhall is visible to the west ofMillbank Tower. This view shows the potentialfor a mass of development in the distancewhere a series of individual tall buildingscould converge to appear as a solid wall ofdevelopment to the west of the WestminsterWorld Heritage Site (WWHS).
