A custom channel is useful whenyou need a new measurement in addition to the measurements of existing physical channels and thenew measurement relays to those existing channels.For example, if a logger has one temperature channel and one relative humidity channel, and youwant to calculate the dew point from the temperature and the relative humidity measurements, acustom channel can be added to the plot for the new dew point measurement.To add a custom channel:Click Add Custom Channel menu item under Tools menu:SiteView User’s Manual – Microedge Instruments Inc. 106/200
Choose an equation in the Add Custom Channel dialog and click OK button:Add Custom LinesA custom Line is a line/curve that can be added to the plot and resolves its line values from theexisting lines in the plot.
