Web Page FieldsItemTime Format MaskStart PageStart Page is a DynamicMenuDescriptionEnter the time format mask you want to use. Formatmasks are used to convert Oracle values to characterstrings that can be printed. For example, HH:MI:SSprints 08:30:59. This string must be a valid ORACLEtime format. Required.Choose, from the pull-down menu, the page that willdisplay immediately after a successful login for the Self-Service applications running in non-integrated mode.The delivered value is bmenu.P_MainMnu. Required.Indicates if the Start Page is a dynamic menu. Validvalues are:Selected - Web Tailor generates the Start Pagedynamically.Cleared - The Start Page is a static html file.PIN Expiration in daysDisplay Usage PageWhen a PIN is created or reset, a new expiration date iscalculated for it. This value indicates how many dayswill elapse before the PIN expires. If your institution’spolicies do not call for PIN expiration, leave this fieldblank.Note: If your institution uses LDAP to authenticate userlogons, this value is ignored.Select this check box to display Acceptable Usage pagewhen the user first logs into Banner Self-Service. Yourinstitution may place general information on this pageabout the user’s responsibilities for changes made totheir records via the Web. Use Web Tailor to specify thecontents of the page.The user can accept the Terms of Usage, or exit. Valid values are:Selected - Web Tailor uses the URL specified in theOWA redirect utility to determine the page userswill be sent to when they are redirected.Cleared - Web Tailor uses an HTML META refresh tag tospecify the page.Note: Oracle recommends not using the OWA redirectutility, so the check box should be cleared.ObsoleteContains high level information about the DocumentType Definition (DTD) that the web page was coded to.The value delivered in this column is: HTML PUBLIC.The HTML string indicates the top level element typedeclared in the DTD.The PUBLIC string indicates whether the identifier is apublicly accessible object (PUBLIC) or a systemresource (SYSTEM) such as a local file or URL.
