The student trustee will be authorizedfor expenses related to the annual state conference of student trustees.Committee/Organization RepresentativeA governing board member may be selected to serve as the Board's representative on committees,or other organizations related to Board responsibilities, by action of the Board of Trusteesat an open meeting. Such action serves as authorization to receive actual and necessary expensesincurred by the governing Board Member in connection with committee service.
