LOUIS COUNTY, MINNESOTA176amended, and Rules and Regulations adopted by this Board under St. Louis CountyOrdinance No. 28, dated May 22, 1978, as amended, the following application for seasonalintoxicating liquor licenses are hereby approved, on file in the office of the County Auditor,identified as County Board File No. 59184.RESOLVED FURTHER, that said licenses are approved contingent upon license holderpaying real estate or personal property taxes when due.RESOLVED FURTHER, that said licenses are approved contingent upon proof of liquorliability insurance.RESOLVED FURTHER, that if named license holder sells their licensed place of business,the County Board, at its discretion, may, after an investigation, transfer the licenses to a newowner, but without pro-rated refund of the license fee to the license holder.RESOLVED FURTHER, that said licenses shall be effective June 1, 2011 through October31, 2011:Vermilion Fairways, Inc., d/b/a Vermilion Fairways, Beatty Township,Seasonal On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License No. SE1110 and SeasonalSunday On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License No. SES1110, changing fromOn-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor.Adopted May 24, 2011.
