If you push thismoney to the election the situation wouldn’t change.There were a lot of competitors, about 15 people…We said – whether you make it or not, it wouldn’t bebetter. He saved the money, his rating became thesame, he won, and our solution showed efficiency.- That means this method was right and theusage was so right.- Yes. Usually exit-polls, interrogations, ratingsgave less accuracy.- Do you penetrate on the market easily?- No. It is hard to conclude the contract. Ourproduct could be lobbied through, that is the way somelobbyists are involved. These are high ranking peopleon the level of ministers, authorities in administrationsof the presidents who are interested inmaking our product work. You see, they will workthemselves on our Center.- How did you meet IBSSA and what opportunitiescan you see for cooperation?Some years ago I was introduced to IBSSA managementby Mr. Morozov, IBSSA Representative inRussia.After a while I offered to IBSSA the creation of aspecial information system that links all interestedorganisations – members of IBSSA like a net on thebasis of our software. This system can collect informationand conduct analyses in the interests of theclients of these organisations and theirs clients. Thissystem can fulfil inquiries from different countriesand can model and simulate political, economic,social, security, aniterrorist problems of these countries.The Center itself can be settled in the CentralEurope - Czech Republic or Hungary.I believe that the Special Analysis and InformationCenter acting under the auspices of IBSSA – themost authoritative and prestigious association –which can assist in solving problems of Europeancommunity, will essentially raise its significance andconsequence.IBSSA SLOVENIASmall partner in size, big member in IBSSA organization.IBSSA Slovenia is at first glance a small partner in a bigfamily of IBSSA organization. But importance is notmeasured with size. With all activities, education andline of work we contribute to regional stability andsecurity.Although Slovenia is a member of the EU andNATO that does not mean we can leave our securityonly in their hands. IBSSA Slovenia filled gaps in thearias of private and personal security that are most vulnerable.That is private safety. Our bodyguard trainingcentre is an official IBSSA representative for region ofex Yugoslavia (Croatia, Federation of Bosnia andHerzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Macedonia).This means that all candidates for bodyguards must gothrough very hard training and education accepted andapproved by IBSSA. It was founded in February 2002under the leadership of Mr. Bogdan Vukosavljevic,MA Security and Terrorism. For the past four years hehas been chief instructor for VIP tactics and security inIBSSA training centre Slovenia and other centresaround Europe. More than hundred bodyguards fromdifferent countries graduated in our centre. Most ofthem are successful in their business. Requests for ourbodyguards are high. They are known to be very professionaland well trained. Our costumers are usuallyhigh profile persons such as politicians, actors andsingers. In the past few years we organized severalbodyguards’ courses in one year. In 2006 we will organizefive basic level courses in March, May, June,October and November.
