Of course preliminary reconciliationwith the Chief Organisers is necessary.2 The Department Chairman will coordinate the workof the department members and the work of theTeachers and Instructors.3 We will create a set of Forms to administrate andcontrol the smooth run of the courses. The formswill ensure proper checking and controlling the participants’data.The forms will help to ensure proper system of workbetween the candidates and Teachers, it will systematisetesting procedures.The participants in future must provide: passportdata photocopy, passport photo, and copy of drivinglicense.4 The candidates will be divided / categorised by theirexperience to ensure the best result of our teachings.5 During the course accidents will be reported in writing(special report form) to IBSSA HQ by the relevantTeacher. All accidents will be discussed andlearned by our Department.6 We advise that the Board of Directors will make surethat IBSSA badges include only Membership Cardswith name, country and the title of full member +official position within IBSSA.The IBSSA Passport will include the profession andthe professional credit of the member.7 We call all members to keep our department rules asit has been formalised and published.New IBSSADepartmentPsychology in SecurityDuring a special seminar held inBudapest, the President of IBSSA Prof.George POPPER and the GeneralSecretary of IBSSA Prof. Rony KLUGERheld an official meeting with Dr. Shraga SADE - SeniorExpert Psychologist from Israel, a specialist in his field avery talented lecturer.As a conclusion from this meeting IBSSA created his newDepartment of Psychology.The department will be under the leadership of Dr. SADE.Congratulation and well come on board to our new colleagueDr. SADE . The Department will offer courses seminars to ourmembers and will give advisory service on request.Further Training in SopronThe joint further training course of IBSSA and FoldaInternational Bodyguard Training Centre was organised inSopron, on the Hungarian side of the Austrian-Hungarianborder, during the last weekend in June. Participants arrivedfrom IBSSA countries to take place in special shooting situationand combat training. In the programme, bodyguardscompleted an extreme physical, 11 km forest course, duringwhich they were exposed to regular attacks, forcing them toescape. The other special event of the programme was organisedby Lake Fertô, where students had to rescue protectedpeople who had fallen into the water and took part in awater rescue training.
