They mould their creativity into solutions for each task and they learn newways of expressing themselves. It helps increase sensitivity, understanding,thinking, visualisation and fantasy. It develops pupils’ skills and helps themlearn about work and cooperation <strong>with</strong> other <strong>European</strong> schools.Alexandra PilkováYes, “<strong>eTwinning</strong> is winning!” Our project became a real learning environmentwhere children can develop skills in communication and teamwork. Withsimple chenille wires and a child-friendly drawing programme, they developedtheir creativity and imagination. The pupils were astonished by their ownworks of art and their self-esteem grew. The whole project meets therequirements of appropriate areas of the school curriculum in all the involvedcountries. It helps to bridge the digital divide by providing an “ICT-rich”learning and teaching context.Lieven Van ParysMy pupils learned to handle specific multimedia which implied pictures, soundand interactivity. It’s maybe the proof that even very young children can make use ofthe Internet in a meaningful way. In this virtual world, pupils hand over theirpersonally made outcomes (animals) to each other.
