I registered on the <strong>eTwinning</strong> Portalin September 2005, and already in October there was an email in my inboxfrom my eventual colleague, Martine Masson, in France. Both our classes werenearly equivalent in number and age of pupils. To become acquainted <strong>with</strong>each other, the first emails were exchanged in November, and in March 2006our <strong>eTwinning</strong> project started <strong>with</strong> our eJournal “Friendship”.This work turned out to be completely different from the usual classroomactivities not only in terms of means and material, but also in method, thus68
