The procedure for formal admission to the Social Work Program is as follows:1. Students may apply for formal admission upon completion of a minimum of 30credits that count toward the degree. These credits must include Composition I and II,Speech, Introduction to Sociology, Introduction to Psychology, and Introduction to SocialWork; and students must maintain at least a 2.50 grade point average in these six courses.2. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.00 at the time of admission.3.
