The procedure for formal admission to the Social Work Program is as follows:1. Students may apply for formal admission upon completion <strong>of</strong> a minimum <strong>of</strong> 30credits th<strong>at</strong> count toward the degree. These credits must include Composition I and II,Speech, Introduction to Sociology, Introduction to Psychology, and Introduction to SocialWork; and students must maintain <strong>at</strong> least a 2.50 grade point average in these six courses.2. Students must have a minimum grade point average <strong>of</strong> 2.00 <strong>at</strong> the time <strong>of</strong> admission.3.
