Copiesof the residency policy and petitions for change of residency status are available on requestfrom the Registrar’s Office. Petitions are reviewed by the Registrar and must be submittedat the Registrar’s Office at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the semester for whichthe change is desired.Payment of AccountsAll charges are due and payable in advance to the Cashier’s Office. Cashier’s Officehours are 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tuition and fees must be paid in fullat the time of registration. The University offers the FACTS plan as a convenient budgetplan. FACTS is a tuition management plan that provides you with a low cost option forbudgeting tuition and other educational expenses.
