Source: CHEPS/CHE Survey data.At the Bachelor level, for example, qualified people with up to three years’ work experienceare targeted by about half of all FHs <strong>and</strong> universities (50 <strong>and</strong> 46%, respectively), while thisgroup is only targeted by 25% of TUs. Foreigners, on the other h<strong>and</strong>, are much more likelyto be targeted at the Bachelor level by universities <strong>and</strong> TUs (77 <strong>and</strong> 75%, respectively),while this group is targeted by only 59% of FHs. Similarly, at the <strong>Master</strong> level, universities<strong>and</strong> TUs do not often target FH graduates (36 <strong>and</strong> 31%, respectively), while FHs target universitygraduates somewhat more often (54%). Not surpris<strong>in</strong>gly, FHs focus much more onattract<strong>in</strong>g experienced professionals for <strong>Master</strong> programmes (45% report target<strong>in</strong>g thisgroup) than do universities or TUs (34 <strong>and</strong> 19%, respectively).Interest<strong>in</strong>gly, a higher percentage of FHs <strong>and</strong> TUs reported that the groups targeted forBachelor degree programmes are different from those targeted for traditional degree pro-49
