Eco-AdventureEco-adventure courses are designed aroundthe belief that the outdoors provides aunique context for humans to grow socially,emotionally and academically. As such,eco-adventure courses provide studentsopportunities to learn and develop physicallyand intellectually while being fully immersed inthe natural environment. Eco-Adventure Courses contain thefollowing characteristics:All courses must be physically or intellectuallychallenging beyond what is typically experiencedduring a family outing or vacation;Eco-adventure courses that focus on physicalchallenges should be full outdoor immersionexperiences including accommodations.
