Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan communitieshave all contributed to blending the exotic tastes and smells found in theSingaporean culinary experience. This course aims to introduce studentsto that world. While exploring the cool neighbourhoods, back alleys andeven outlying islands, students will learn why people travel from all overthe world just to eat food in Singapore. They will taste and prepare localfare, as well as enjoy a bit of local fun along the way.
