As an entrée Cassie had prepared Lamb Chopsin a blackberry demi glaze served over herbedmashed potatoes and stir-fried vegetables. The dinersenjoyed an exquisite Monticello Estate Pinot Noir thechef had carefully selected from the facilities wellstockedcellar.Cassie Cassy had spent the afternoon trainingHeidi and Linda to serve up her spectacular dessert.The two Brats each brought out large bowls ofhomemade ice cream, setting them out along thetable.
