Pay ranges are discretionary and subject to theapproval <strong>of</strong> the President's Advisory Council and the Board <strong>of</strong> Trustees.Employee performance, education and experience influence the salary paid.e. Screening ApplicantsApplicants undergo several screening steps, which may include formalapplications, interviews, testing, and personal and employment reference checks.These steps are coordinated through the Human Resources Department.
