Time FrameThere are a number of assumptions that need to be made in relation to developing atime frame for the development and implementation of a land reform project such asthe proposed Vanuatu Land Management and Land Administration Project. Aproject design will need to be undertaken, the project assessed, accepted by adonor and a budget allocated.
