SSEM/2011/4730 June 20114.5 Local stakeholdersSellafield Ltd has continued to communicate with local stakeholders on the work being done.This has included attendance and provision of information to various group meetings,including Parish Councils and the West Cumbria Sites Stakeholder Group; and responding toquestions raised by individuals. SL has also produced an information leaflet (see Figure 4.1)on the beach monitoring programme, copies of which are available to local residents andvisitors. An example of where Sellafield Ltd has responded to concerns expressed by localstakeholders is in the scheduling of beach monitoring to avoid the busy tourist times ofEaster and the summer school holidays for 2011/12.Figure 4.1.
