The buildingis set on a solid foundation of uncoursed stone. Thestructure has a side gable roof with an extended westfacingslope.• Significant for its unique architecture <strong>and</strong> method ofconstruction in the county; CCC log structures arecommon in state <strong>and</strong> national parks in the west <strong>and</strong>Midwest but are an unusual building form in the easternU.
