In addition, areas identifiedfor regeneration provide opportunities for holistic consideration of surface water managementthrough such plans.8.1.10 Chapter 6 provides policy recommendations for area specific strategies, which LPAs shouldseek to incorporate into their emerging LDF.Level 1 SFRA Updates8.1.11 SFRAs should be considered as ‘live’ documents where regular review and monitoring shouldbe undertaken. The associated GIS layers can be readily updated and should be considered asthe best available data for the purposes of the Level 1 SFRA.
