Oakley is an inappropriate location for large scale housing development, whichshould be directed to more sustainable <strong>and</strong> accessible locations. The site lies outside ofthe Settlement Policy Boundary (SPB) as defined by Policy D5 of the ALP, to the west ofthe northern part of Oakley <strong>and</strong> would inappropriately extend the village into the opencountryside.*24 of 36
