Other members of the OPM evaluation team assisted in thedesign of the survey and questionnaires, particularly Simon Hunt and Juan Muñoz, LucaPellerano, Shafique Arif, Laila Salim, Tehzeeb Zulfiqar and Philippa Wood. A team ofanalysts worked on the analysis and report writing. The team comprised Alamgir Morthali,Shafique Arif, Iftikhar Cheema, Ramlatu Attah, Aly Visram, Luca Pellerano, Patrick Ward,Tehzeeb Zulfiqar and Philippa Wood.
